This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the services we provide, including how we handle transactions, payments, refunds, cancellations, and other key processes. It is designed primarily for our B2B service partners to understand the policies governing their use of our platform.

While our services are free for consumers, certain terms apply to our B2B service partners who engage with our paid offerings. This policy also covers important details about payment methods, privacy, and security to ensure that your experience with us is both safe and seamless.

1. Description of Services

  • For Consumers: Our services are free of charge for individual consumers. You can access our network of sites to find consumer services and request quotes without any cost.
  • For B2B Service Partners: We offer a suite of tools and services designed to help businesses reach more customers and manage their operations more efficiently. These include, but are not limited to marketing services, consumer leads, consumer phone calls, A.I. tools, custom programming, review & brand management tools.

2. Purchase Currency All transactions for our B2B service partners are conducted in United States Dollars (USD).

3. Customer Service Contact Information If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to our customer service team at or B2B Serive Partners may call their rep directly. Our team will respond to inquiries within 24-48 business hours.

4. Fulfillment Policies

  • Refund Policy: For consumers, since our services are free, there is no payment or refund process applicable to individual consumers. For B2B Service Partners, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription services, provided that the request is made within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, refunds will not be available, but we will work with you to resolve any issues with the service. Consumer leads (including phone calls) and marketing services, funds on deposit are non-refundable. However, credits for bad leads are handled on a case-by-case basis. After cancellation, funds remaining on deposit may be used until depleted.
  • Delivery Policy: For consumers, our services are provided digitally and are available instantly upon accessing our website. For B2B Service Partners, upon successful payment, you will gain access to your purchased subscription services immediately. For consumer leads (including phone calls) and marketing services, delivery may include by email, text message, phone call transfer, or custom API.
  • Cancellation Policy: For consumers, you may stop using our services at any time by simply discontinuing use of the platform. For B2B Service Partners, if you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 30 days for a refund on subscription services (as per our refund policy). For consumer leads (including phone calls) and marketing services, you may cancel at any time by phone or email, and any funds remaining on deposit may be used until depleted.

5. Legal Restriction Our services are intended for use by individuals and businesses located in jurisdictions where our services are legally permitted. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

7. Security and PCI Compliance We are committed to protecting your personal and payment information. Instead, we store a secure token provided by Stripe, which allows us to process transactions without needing direct access to your payment information. 8. Payment Options We accept the following payment methods for B2B service partners: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, ACH, Wire Transfer. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
